Treat One:
Two separate series of Jargon Slayer are here. The first is looking at the slaying of sensationalism. The vilification of individuals by the media as a whole and its Bi-product division. In the second series you get a preview with just the first painting completed (Fractured heart 2009). In this series Jargon Slayer is vested in the body of a male and moves from isolation to healing as a result of the ideology slays both past and present.
Treat Two:
The series titled Cultural Tempest delves in the impact both small and large of travelling to other cultures and connecting with locals. (Eri Eringo 2009) When the artist travelled to the Kansai region of Japan he met a Japanese local in a kimono on the train coming back from the festival of lights in Kyoto. Well, as a result of her friendly nature they both saw the 10th anniversary of the Kobe earthquake neon light show on another evening in Kobe.
Treat Three:
The armless bunnymongering
(He stood alone against the tide 2005) and (Night jump 2009)
This series a metaphorical deconstruction of war and warmongering through parody and humour. No matter what the political, religious or cultural differences there seems to be valour and insanity all mixed up with profiteering in the business of war. Ultimately people suffer and life is lost. The pure nature of war no matter what cloak of words and motivations are used, is useless and inhumane.
